ACTH 1-39

ACTH 1–39 peptide refers to the complete 39–amino acid sequence of adrenocorticotropic hormone. The full 1–39 sequence is used to closely replicate natural corticotropin activity when studying endocrine signalling. The full-length form retains a broader and more complete biological activity profile. Suitable for studies involving receptor interaction, steroidogenesis, or endocrine response models where physiological accuracy is important. 

In laboratory and animal models, ACTH 1–39 is used to:

• Investigate how the body integrates stress responses, regulates daily cortisol rhythms, and maintains feedback control within the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.
