CJC-1295 No DAC

CJC-1295 No DAC is designed to act on the pituitary GHRH receptor and is studied for its role in growth hormone signalling and GH/IGF-1 axis research. Unlike CJC-1295 DAC, this version does not include the Drug Affinity Complex used for albumin binding, so it is associated with a shorter duration of action and is commonly discussed in research involving more transient or pulsatile GHRH-like signalling.

In research settings, CJC-1295 No DAC may be used to investigate growth hormone release, GHRH receptor activation, peptide stability, and endocrine signalling models. Its modified structure may extend activity compared with native GHRH fragments, but it should not be described as having the same prolonged circulation profile as CJC-1295 DAC.
