Survodutide
About Survodutide
Survodutide is a dual glucagon receptor (GCGR) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist peptide under investigation for metabolic disorders. It provides a high-quality research material for preclinical studies of obesity, glucose metabolism, and metabolic disease. By activating both the GLP-1 and glucagon receptors, Survodutide is being investigated for its ability to improve glucose regulation, reduce food intake by increasing satiety, promote weight loss, and increase energy expenditure. Phase 2 trials have reported improvements in histological markers of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), reductions in liver fat content, and significant weight loss in participants with obesity, with or without type 2 diabetes.
