Tesa + IPA Blend 10/5MG combines Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin, two growth hormone secretagogues that stimulate endogenous growth hormone release through distinct receptor pathways. 

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that activates GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotroph cells. At the same time, Ipamorelin is a selective agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). 

This formulation enables researchers to examine the pharmacological actions of GHRH receptor activation and GHS-R1a agonism within a single experimental framework. Although Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin have each been extensively characterized in preclinical and clinical studies, published research evaluating their combined administration remains limited. 

The blend is best regarded as a research tool for studying growth hormone physiology, endocrine signalling, and related metabolic processes rather than a formulation with established therapeutic applications.
