Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is an analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that selectively activates GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotroph cells, stimulating endogenous growth hormone secretion. It has been widely investigated in both preclinical and clinical studies for its effects on:
