About Retatrutide 20mg + Tirzepatide 40mg

Retatrutide is an investigational peptide that functions as a triple agonist of the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), and glucagon receptors, whereas tirzepatide is a dual agonist of the GLP-1 and GIP receptors. Because both peptides engage the GLP-1 and GIP receptor systems, researchers have expressed scientific interest in understanding how overlapping incretin signalling pathways influence receptor pharmacology, intracellular signalling, endocrine communication, and metabolic physiology.

Published research has extensively characterized the receptor-binding properties, signalling mechanisms, pharmacokinetics, and biological activities of retatrutide and tirzepatide as individual compounds. These investigations have advanced understanding of incretin biology, receptor-mediated signal transduction, hormone regulation, and metabolic homeostasis.

At present, however, there is no published evidence demonstrating the safety, efficacy, receptor dynamics, or molecular behaviour of a combined retatrutide–tirzepatide formulation under controlled clinical or preclinical conditions.
