Testagen

Testagen (KEDG) belongs to the Khavinson family of short bioregulatory peptides and has been investigated in preclinical studies for its potential to influence gene expression through proposed interactions with chromatin-associated proteins, including histones. Experimental research has also explored its effects on endocrine tissues, particularly the anterior pituitary gland, where it may affect hormone-related cellular activity.

Preclinical studies have examined Testagen’s potential role in the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal and hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axes. Animal and laboratory research suggests it may influence endocrine cell function, testosterone- and thyroid-related pathways, and tissue morphology under specific experimental conditions.

Experimental research has also explored its influence on stem cell differentiation and immune cell development. However, these findings remain preliminary and have yet to be confirmed through independent studies and human clinical trials.
